  • Rented a water slide for our son's birthday party. First of all, the customer service on the phone was superb, I spoke each time with Robyn and she was very helpful answering each 'dumb' question I had since it was our first time renting one of these. As the day approached, they send you emails with reminders and recommendations with everything from weather to setup. The day of the party, the guys were here right on time, set the thing up in no time (seriously, it took longer to pay them I think) and also helped with the tables and chairs we rented (you get a discounted rate if you rent them with the waterslide I guess). They came to pick up the waterslide close to their 'estimated' time and took it down in no time as well. Waterslide was a success, the process from the rental, contacting company, payment, setup/pickup was painless. Will definitely recommend. Oh, also, the price was same/cheaper than other companies we looked into.
