Jasmine has no customer service skills whatsoever. She finished with customer in front of me. Walks to where I am waiting to order, puts on plastic gloves, and just looks at me. No smile. No greeting. Nothing. So after we stare at each other, I finally ask her if she's ready. She nods and proceeds to make my order. I asked for bacon and cheese, which usually gets put on before veggies, but she does the opposite. Ok. After I pay for my order, I inform her there are no lids that fit my cup. She tells me there should be some out there. I wait for someone to bring the small lids out. At some point, she must've handed some to the customer behind me and had them put them out for her, unbeknownst to me. I'm standing there for what seems like forever, never acknowledged by any employees, and I realize there are small lids in bin that had not been there prior. I left and have no plans to return. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
