  • I am not a huge fan of Dukes. I had to pester someone to help me and when I finally got help... The manager didn't bother explaining any of the bikes to me. He just went into a half hour sales pitch for a bike fitting. He was friendly after I agreed to the bike fitting but before that, I felt like he was quite rude. I also felt like he scoffed at my $800-$1200 budget. I just didn't feel like purchasing my bike there after that experience.
