| - I hadn't shopped here in years (I now shop at the FRYS at I-17 and Bell Road...wow, what a difference!) but I needed to get my Christmas dinner shopping done very quickly and didn't have time to drive up to Bell. Well...it's every bit the nightmare I remember. Nothing has changed. If anything, it's gotten worse. The cashier NEVER ONCE acknowledged me, even though I GREETED HER, she never once looked at me or spoke. Same for the idiot who bagged my groceries. I noticed at one point he put heavy items on top of some fragile food that I didn't want squashed and when I nicely brought it to his attention, he laughed and muttered something which I didn't quite get, moved the heavier items, and went back to his sub standard bagging. He also never once looked at me or spoke. I lost count of the number of beggars and neer-do-well ghetto types who were panhandling in the parking lot, but did overhear what was supposed to be some type of security guard trying to get, what appeared to be an off duty cashier, to do something for him she really didn't want to do. What a joke of a store. It's too bad corporate doesn't care. These reviews are never acknowledged or answered, so all one can derive is that they don't give a damn. That's okay, the FRYS at 19th and Bell Rd cares, and they show it. Will never be back to this store no matter how pressed for time I am.
