  • I was scheduled today from 9-12pm. I was told that they would call 30 minutes before. I called their company at 11:45am and was transferred to the technician. I left a message and called the company back. They said they texted him and he should be calling you back. I went back to work at 12pm since no one called or showed up. The technician did call me back at 12:30pm and said he was running late. You guys have great reviews but a call saying your running late would have been great. Off to another company! Best of luck!
