  • Stood here for 25 minutes waiting for 2 drinks. What the hell. There were 4 baristas, no other people in line, and it was like 6pm on a Thursday. No one apologized for making us wait, even when we had to remind them that of the two drinks we paid for, they had only sent through one order. The barista who did give us our second drink later simply said, 'thanks for being patient, hope it was worth it'. I hate making comments like, well that's why they work there, but seriously, are there no standards?
