  • I am currently a monthly member and I frequently wash my cars on a regular basis. I've been a member for about 3 years. I'm very disappointed on how the camelback location has gotten. The place is always filthy, the water sinks does not work, most of the vacuums have bad suction or don't work, and the air guns sprays mist of water while you're using. WTH! It seems like every time I go it's always busy and it's hard to find an available vacuum, and when you do it does not work properly. Being that the vacuums are free to use, you get people who only stop just to vacuum their cars out. People with kids, let them play with the air guns.... It's so annoying when you need to use one and you can't because they are playing with them. I will be canceling my membership on both of my vehicles.
