  • Firstly, I just want to thank everyone else who reviewed Purolator, because your reviews made my experience much better. I did receive a notice sticker, but I live in a house. The odd thing is that they attempted while I was at home, and I'm pretty sure that I didn't miss any knocks. I live in The Annex without a car, so I balked at the location, especially based on Linda M.'s experience. However, thanks to Laura C T.'s review, I asked them to ship directly to the 33 Bloor East location, and I shall be visiting tomorrow to (hopefully) pick up my package. The customer service at the 1 888 number was helpful, friendly and proactive, even though she asked me for the full address of the 33 Bloor E depot, down to the postal code and phone number. Really, I wish there was a way of advising companies not to use certain couriers, because it discourages us from patronizing the company altogether..
