This was my first time here I was looking for a new place to go because the commute to my nail lady on the south side was not working. I made an appointment and got there I was greeted and sat down to wait, It was about 10 minutes and another lady came in and you could tell she was a regular and she was immediately attended to. NOT COOL I could tell the look on my face was in aww and I'm assuming the boss came and asked what was I there for? I told him I had an appointment for 3 and he asked what I needed done. Now I would think when you book an appointment I told you what I needed but hey I looked past that. Then I sat at the pedi chair feet in the water another 5-10 minutes I was getting really irritated because what's the point of making an appointment if I can't be seen at that time or even get acknowledged. I finally was seen by Sophie half way through my pedi the she asked for 5 minutes because another regular came in for her eyebrows she had to stop my session to do eyebrows. Sophia is awesome she took her time even though her boss was rushing her to hurry up with me. I'm paying 100 for gel mani and pedi you sure as hell better not rush especially the treatment I got when I first arrived. I will give it another try just because of Sophia and hopefully my experience is much better.
Quick tip for management! Just because regulars come in doesn't mean you stop business for other customers you could lose a potential regular customer by doing that and its very unprofessional
