  • Had Waldo cater a party at our house. We ordered 1/4 chicken and beef brisket as the main course and beans, salad, baked potatoes for the sides. They delivered right on time and everything was the right temperature. Food was excellent. The brisket was very lean and the chicken was flavorful. Love their barbecue sauce. Great experience!
