  • Heather, the general manager, is absolutely amazing, and her staff as well. The room was clean and spacious. I had made a mistake on the choice hotels app and booked a room with accumulated points at the Surprise location, so when I arrived here my reservation was not in there system. After calling choice hotels and spending 30 minutes on hold, Heather took over and things got done quickly. She got us checked in, upgraded us to a suite, and got my points back for me. She also gave waters and snacks. Then she let us stay in the same room for the second night with the points without making us check out and check back in, which can a pain. We also had a dog, which she comped because of our trouble. Also they were installing new internet and so they had a person who was coming around to the rooms to check and see if it was working. We asked if they could wait to come into our room when we could take the dog out because he not friendly with everyone. Again, no problem. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I will be staying here every time I'm in the Phoenix area and looking forward to it. Thanks to you Heather and all of your staff. You are the best!!!! Gus Storti
