  • First the food is not bad and the staff is friendly enough. But 2 negative experiences leave a me with no intention of returning. 1st time in I went and sat at a table in the bar area alone. I waited 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me... So I went to sit at the bar instead. She was busy so I was fine, it happens. Then today I ordered an item a specific way to go. When I got home it was wrong. So I called to have them remake it correctly for me to come back for. I guess the girl taking my order thought I said it was written up incorrectly as opposed to being made wrong because t was made incorrectly again. At this point I'm done. But the girl started to ever slightly blame me for the miscommunication before back stepping and accepting her misunderstanding of what I said. Which I ordered it twice now and I know i didn't say it incorrectly. So I told them I didn't want it anymore and I wanted a refund. Hopefully in a couple days I'll have my money back on the card. Let me reiterate that the staff was pleasant enough the entire time and quick to try and correct issues. So the staff and the food, when made correctly, is worth maybe 4 stars. But with 2 negative experiences and I've only been twice I can't find a reason to award more than 2 stars. I do not plan to return here again. But if for some reason I do and I have no issues then maybe I'll feel compelled to return and revise this review for the better.
