  • Decided to get the hems shortened on 4 dresses and a pair of pants after they provided me an online quote of $10 each. Arrived 5 days later and the lady that greeted me was very friendly and had me try on the pieces to determine the correct length. Afterwards, she wrote my ticket for $70 charging me $15 for the dresses. I thought that maybe I had misunderstood the quote and looked at the original email which stated $10 each. When I emailed them after picking up my items the response was "sometimes it's hard to have a quote without seeing the item . price will be a little bit different depends on the material as well . For the most accurate price you can bring it in and let us see first . That way you don't feel you got charged more." Three stars because the in-person service was great but they did misquote me and didn't offer to remedy the error. If they were not sure about the cost of the hem they shouldn't have provided a quote or stated that they price can vary. However, they provided a quote, didn't honor it and then didn't take ownership for the mistake.
