  • I visited SouthEnd Dentistry for a 6 month cleaning. They performed X-rays and a cleaning and then informed me I needed a root canal. I was overwhelmed with the amount of information and extreme confidence that Dr. picot displayed and agreed to put a down payment for the root canal appointment despite having 0 pain in the said area of root canal. After (thankfully) getting a second opinion at another dental office, I was told I in no way needed a root canal and that SouthEnds X-ray machine was clearly broken because the images had strange mirrored markings. My new dentist was appalled and confused of where the idea that I needed a root canal came from. So happy I have changed dentists and did not go through with an extremely costly, time consuming UNNECESSARY root canal.
