  • I have nothing bad to say about the selection or quality, but no matter what Michaels I have ever been to anywhere in the four states I have lived, the checkout process is horrendous. I have NEVER not had to wait under 10 minutes in line. There are never enough registers open. Today, I sat my purchase down and left. It's not just the merchandise that matters, customers want a speedy checkout. At least I do!
