  • I went here yesterday. I have been having terrible lower back pain and went to my doctor who ordered a series of x-ray's. I was surprised that there was one person waiting and the "check in person" was with someone. There was a receptionist who did not acknowledge me. I signed in and the "check in person" Brandy. Said she would be with me shortly. She finished with the lady she was checking in and then clearly had an lengthy personal conversation with the receptionist. After they finished their conversation I decided to move my location to an area of the waiting room that was visible to the gate keeper "Brandy". I seriously lost my stuff when I saw that Brandy was text messaging on her cell phone. Again I moved my location to the closest place to her with out physically sitting at the check in counter. Finally is asked " are you going to check me in". Brandy did apologize about forgetting me, but really girl.... Your cell phone is with you at the front desk and your texting while your employer is paying you. The X-ray technician who saw me was lovely. Her name bargain with an A and forgive me I forgot It. She was professional and kind. Brandy you should be fired.
