I really don't see how people are giving this hotel such high ratings. Yes, the lobby is pretty and the rooms look somewhat remodeled-ish but that's like slapping on some make up.
Our room wasn't that clean. There some nasty looking greenish brown gunk on the bed siding, wall beside the bed, and in the bathroom. Freaking gross!!!
Upon entering our room the TV was on with a welcome sign but no remote in sight. After searching high and low we never found and and when we called for one they said they'd send an additional one to the one we had. We had just said we didn't have one. -_-
Most of the furniture was scratched and the windows were dirty. We requested a room with a view and although we were on the 12 floor we were on the wrong side of the building so we just saw the roof below and the unattractive side of Vegas.
The parking garage is very convenient and they offer free valet but every time we tried to use the service we were told it was full.
And to top it off, we left our privacy sign on the door but when we returned it was missing and they had came into our room and cleaned. That's not so bad but we didn't want that and they "organized" our stuff. Weird.
I will give them this. This is the best smelling hotel ever. Keep pumping that fragrance in to mask the smell of deceit.
