  • I have to update my review. The purchase and delivery process was a nightmare that never ends. I've had my $3500+ mattress for less than a year and it is the worst mattress I've ever had. Back pain, can't sleep, etc from the mattress. Hence the reason I'm typing this at 11 PM...trying to find more pillows to make my bed comfortable. I've gone to other locations and have been told because I am outside my 90 days there's basically nothing I can do but continue to sleep on a mattress that is awful. I've gone to three other mattress companies and they all talk about how terrible the mattresses are at mattress firm and they're absolutely correct! I was even told that no one buys Tempurpedic anymore by my salesman, to later find out that he was not being truthful and mattress firm is no longer authorized to sell Tempurpedic. Buyer beware!
