  • Have been staying here once a week recently because of work being done at the house, but have stayed several times in the past as well. Always delighted with my stay here. Their signature scent (white tea) is so refreshing. Service is great, rooms clean and beds are very comfortable. My only complaint about the rooms are the showers are quite small. Giuliana who works in the office is so accommodating to my requests. Extraordinary service by Kayla at the front desk and Moe at the door. I recommend this for business and families. Also Katsura Japanese restaurant is in the hotel and a very good place to eat. Gym is well equipped, a bit of a trek to get there from the rooms but very clean and enough in there to get a great workout. Highly recommend this hotel for business or for pleasure.
