Dim sum on Halloween. Hooray!
Ping Pang Pong never disappoints. They have all the usual dim sum suspects plus a few of their own creations. The cart pushers are always friendly and patient.
The 2 of us came in thinking "Let's just drink some tea and grab a couple of plates to snack on."
9 plates later .. No ragrets! Haha what's done is done. The damage came to $45 for 2 people before tip. Pricier than the places not in casinos but so much tastier. They don't hold back adding special little touches that make all the difference
-Beef balls w/ Worschershrdshire sauce - small but packed with flavor and bits of scallions
-Shu Mai - has tasty orange stuff on top. Could be fish eggs
-Rice noodle rolls - moist and the noodle thickness was perfect
-Pork spare ribs - black bean oil sauce with chilis nomm
-Roast pork - stamped on the ticket under "special" and it was! Crispy skin, moist on inside without too much fatty part
In my book nowhere else in Vegas compares when it comes to dim sum.
