  • Arrived 30 minutes before open .... Outside of building very dirty and unkept .. Inside bays dis-organized and cluttered.. Should have been first clue to leave ..Manager waited till 8am to open doors even with several customers waiting ... Which is fine , understand they open at a set time ... Manager opens door and turns around and walks away without acknowledging anyone .. Very Rude and Un-professional ... I advise that I have brand new stock replacement rims I would like to be installed on my 94 suburban .. I'm told we don't do that... Huh ?? A tire shop doesn't install tires ... Advised can't mount used tires on a vehicle .. I advise him that I have brand new tires on truck ... Sorry Co policy ... What a bunch of BS .. Brand New Stock Rims and Tires to be installed ... Going to Discount Tire and You should too !!!! Update : Took my 94 Suburban to Discount Tire this Morning ... Was let in 15 minutes early (745 am) they open @ 800 am .. Was greeted .. Explained what I would like done.. No Problems .. No Hassles ... No Company Policy BS .. In and out in 15 mins , they even provided the threaded lug nuts Free of charge needed for my new center caps !! and my ride looks awesome !!!!!!!
