The tour itself was a blast and Pittsburgh is a real gem. The guide, i forget his name, for me and the two other people on the tour was very personable and helpful with the pre-tour prep and practice on the segways. My biggest issue is that i remember reading that for the tour we'd be given earpieces so we could hear information about the city from the guide as we zipped around. That didnt happen at all. We just zipped around the Golden Triangle area of town: Station Square, The Point, Market Square and PPG with a break at Dream Cream halfway through, with no information on the city from the guide. Hence why I've given a the 4 star rating. It was very fun, but for a tourist in the city briefly, i'm not sure i'd reccomend this unless the audio accompaniment was a 100% guarantee.
