  • My coworkers and I were starving after traveling to Charlotte and wanted a drink and filling meal. Paco's Tacos was located a super short distance from the Marriott South Park which was great since we didn't have a car. I ordered the cucumber jalapeño margarita on the rocks and it was delicious. The margarita was not too spicy and refreshing. For an appetizer we ordered the chips and guacamole which was made table side. The bowl was towering with chips and definitely a generous serving. I tried not to fill up on chips but it was a challenge. For dinner I ordered the pacos tacos which was braised brisket, grilled onion and a chipotle sauce on a corn tortilla. Again, not too spicy and the onion was mild and didn't over power the flavor. You have the option of picking what kind of tortilla you want and I went with corn. You were also able to pick your beans and I def made the right decision with picking refried. These refried beans were amazing... I wasn't expecting abnormally delicious refried beans. They were smooth, creamy and had a very subtle kick of spice. I loved them. The meal came with rice which was good but I preferred to eat the beans and chips. The service was great and I enjoyed my meal and experience.
