  • Roger Montoya is amazing! Not only have I gone to him since moving to PHX 6 years ago but I have referred many Friends that have become clients ! Roger is an ARTIST with cuts & color! Gotta say also Rick has created a wonderful Salon and I love the R Salon products - especially the Shampoo-Conditioner and styling spray "DooitDirty" a must have instead of hairspray
