  • I went on a Saturday in terrible pain with ears and throat. The NP was nice, did a throat culture, very professional and courteous staff. I would go back here. Unfortunately the NP didn't give me a correct diagnosis and wouldn't prescribe antibiotics (which I got a few days later after the holiday weekend). I realize the medical professionals are told not to over prescribe antibiotics but being in pain for over a week with all other clinical indicators should be reason enough for providing a patient more comfort. I would have given higher stars if this particular NP could have recognized that.
