  • Never book with Alyssa. I went to her after my friend went to her and recommended her. Before my appointment, I had very long, virgin, brown hair. My hair way in incredible condition as I had never bleached it. I sent her SEVERAL pictures of a soft, warm, caramel baylage that I was wanting to achieve. She quoted me about $200 and I booked her. Long story short, I left a complete blonde. I got into my car and completely sobbed. She was so far off from what I requested, and honestly, she made more work for herself by taking me so blonde. I later texted her that night and explained that this was not what I wanted. She was difficult to make an appointment to fix and only offered a $50 refund. So, I left with a color I never wanted, damaged hair, and out $150. She was incredibly unprofessional. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a stylist. For this price you can go to Habit Salon across the street with must better work.
