I bought a brand new Century home and they sent me here for floors, cabinets, and counter tops. Sherry was our designer and she was great. I could tell by our third trip she was a little frustrated lol but I appreciate all her help.
What you put in your new home is a big decision! I had issues picturing the way something would look laid out when I could only see a very small sample. I had to return to Classic Floors & Interiors after Googling my floor choice at home and seeing how it looked in an actual room. It would be super helpful if they had pictures on hand-- I found that the manufacturers had them on their websites but Googling everything on my phone in my 1 hour allotted appointment time was a little difficult to do.
Additionally, it would be helpful if the prices were also visible. I imagine most of us home buyers know how much we want to spend so it would be great to be able to rule things out on the floor. Sherry had a pretty good idea of price points but had to look in their electronic system to double check everything.
All in all, I had a good experience and friendly service. I wish I didn't have to go back multiple times but I'm glad I did so I didn't pay for something I'd be unhappy with. Luckily my house build date was 4 months out but I know others only have a short time frame to make their choices; this could be difficult because Classic Floors & Interiors is very limited on appointment times. I had to schedule more than a week in advance for a one hour appointment. My advice for people coming here for a new build: know exactly what you want and what you can spend! I was overwhelmed and I ended up deciding to do my own floors downstairs. I only ended up picking out the cabinets and upstairs carpet here.
