  • Don't get their tire rotation and balance program Plan. They have been telling us that we only have one more rotation left in the life of the tires. Recently we had a flat tire and we took it there for repair and they refused to repair it because they claimed the tire was produced in July 2011 and had dry rot. We were prepared to pay $750 for new tires since we had been being told that the tires would need replaced soon. We went to Discount Tire on Chandler to get the one tire replaced and then we told them we would drive the car into the store for the other 3 tires. The man there told us that the tires had 7/32 of tread and while there was a spot of dry rot on the tire produced in July 2012 (not 2011) the tire was completely repairable and had about a year left of wear. So as usual Sam's is a complete rip off!! Don't go there and don't buy tires there because clearly you likely don't need them.
