  • I enjoyed the restaurant for my birthday dinner! The view is absolutely beautiful. I love that there are tables for 2 that face the strip. Since it was the weekend we saw the fountains go off every 15 minutes. The sommelier was very friendly and helped us pick a nice French wine. I fell in love with that wine and hope to find it somewhere to buy for my own collection. The food was good but not like omg I can't believe how good this is. I had the Caesar salad, scallops, Wellington, au gratin and Brussels sprouts. Everything was delicious. The Wellington was prepared nicely, I feel like there were mushrooms or something in the pastry as well. All very good flavors. The scallops had a vegetable or something with it and that was really tasty. I enjoyed the different way of preparing a Caesar salad, he kept the romaine leaves in tact, it was nice and crunchy. They were so nice, they brought me a birthday dessert and it was good. I was going to order the obligatory soufflé, but I just have a thing for creme brûlée and theirs was delicious. It was not very thick like any other brûlée I have had, but it was good. I kind of think I liked the free little birthday taster they gave me, some type of chocolate mousse thing. Enjoyed my birthday dinner. View and ambiance is fabulous! I guess you can come and just enjoy the bar and the ambiance if you don't want to eat here. I think I'd like to do that in the future, just get dressed up and enjoy the Vegas strip view.
