  • Do not use this company. We had an awful experience that ended up costing us a bundle. The one week job turned into 7weeks. They were refinishing our floors. We came home to stain all over baseboards and door jams.... Sanding marks and rag marks everywhere.....Light and dark splotches everywhere. They Washed stain rags out in master jacuzzi tub and snuck back in the house to try to fix things after the second complete sanding and staining and didn't seal the part they tried to repair so now we have a sheen difference. If you have already started a project with them, call ROC at first sign of trouble. They are on their third business license but the tried to deny that when confronted. ROC confirmed this.
