I have spent over $6k here in less than 2 years to take care of my two aging dogs. I think the vets here probably mean well, but I can't get over the fact that they couldn't diagnose my dog's illness for over a year until it was too late, and that when we went in for an unrelated routine exam for the surviving dog just a few days after our first one died there, the vet who euthanized our little guy didn't even remember us. No look of recognition, no condolences, no nothing. He clearly didn't even look at the charts since he would have then seen the over $1K in charges for euthanasia and cremation we had just spent there. It's not just about money, of course -- I just don't think these guys ultimately care, and that it's a for-profit business, and for the last remaining days/months/years for the one dog we have now, I want to find a more compassionate and less corporate vet. I have nothing but sad memories and distrust with this place and will probably never step inside again.
