  • If i could give this place a zero I would. The elevator in the south of the building was broken since first of the year. The place is always dirty and I have reported storage units pried open which they were not aware of. On 9/4/2017 went to the unit which is on the second floor to obtain some of our items. I heard a lot of people yelling and found out why. The second elevator was broken and they have no way to access the second floor other then the elevators. The girl working out front was upset at the angry customers and said she did'nt need their crap and everyone could leave. This place is not safe nor do they take care of the equipment. As soon as the elevator is fixed we are out of there.
