  • Here's the deal: great store but customer service is HORRIBLE. I was determined to not purchase my Christmas tree from them due to lack of customer care. I ended up finding it myself at the Tempe store are they were fantastic! The story goes like this....the tree we absolutely loved was out of stock. Like a previous yelper pointed out they will not call another store for you. They offered to sell me the floor model. Me: "Ok great!!!" "Do you offer a discount?" Manager "No" Me: "Oh ok well I see your offering a Black Friday sale of a free storage bag so that will work to transport it home because you don't have the box correct?" Manager "We don't have the box and the free bag is tomorrow not today" Me: "How am I supposed to get this messy flocked tree home without a box or bag? Not to mention I have to pay full price for it?" Manager: "Yup that's right **she said rudely and then walked away** Go to the Tempe location if you want better customer service! They took great care of us :) If not shop at Walmart or Hobby Lobby or heck even Target where people are nicer and way more helpful!!!!
