  • The heel tip of my favorite pair of high-heeled Mary Jane's came off after years of wear. The shoes otherwise were in pretty good condition and extremely comfortable. I hated the thought of discarding them and trying to find a comparable shoe. After a Google search I came across this Yelp posting for The Italian Cobbler less than 5 minutes from my home. I was thrilled to find an accessible shoe repair shop! The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to drop off my shoes on a Saturday and they were ready by Wednesday. I had the heel tip replaced and the patent leather & leather trim cleaned up. The shoes look fantastic! The total cost was just under $20, which I considered reasonable to the alternative of purchasing a new pair of shoes. I would definitely recommend The Italian Cobbler!
