  • Been trying to get a blue recycle trash bin lid fixed in forever. Called three times, they say yes and no-one dc ked anything. The employees lie and say they fixed it when they didn't. Then on the 4th call. Which I dont have time for this, I asked for a supervisor and the employer, Lekisha, hung up on me. The whole system is jam packed with people like me who can't get results, meanwhile a re ant cannot recycle properly. I have had to call on several occasions over the years but have never had a problem. The City of Phoenix sucks now in their service and their dumb employees.
