  • This store is understaffed. I never bother trying to get anyone to help me because I don't want to wait for 20 minutes until someone is free, also I feel like my questions are never really answered. I don't think a lot the people working here know what they're talking about. The last time I asked for help it was regarding what shade of concealer I should get, the girl just swatched a couple shades on my hand as if I couldn't do that myself. I also make sure to avoid this place like the plague around Christmas or any events as the line is always 50 people deep.
