  • I went to this place for gyno checkups years ago back in high school before I moved away and used to really like this place. Now that I am back in AZ, I went to them for a yearly checkup... waited for at least 45 minutes to be seen...and this place still owes me $150. I've called several times and no one can ever give me a timeline or an answer on when I will get paid. It's been over 6 months. I went back once I found out I was pregnant. They were fully aware that I was pregnant when I made the appointment. Came in for that appointment... waited 30 minutes until I was brought back. I could hear Brodkin ask her staff in the back if I was pregnant... then 15 minutes later the woman at the front desk came in (NOT Brodkin) and told me that no one knew that I was pregnant, and suddenly Brodkin couldn't see me anymore and that I would have to wait for an assistant. I waited... almost ONE HOUR while I was naked and freezing in one of their robes. Just as I was about to walk out the assistant came in, told me that they had no information to give me and that I would have to come back and get a new pregnancy packet next month. It's my first pregnancy and was hoping to get answers!! I asked her if I could work out and she told me to wait and ask Brodkin when I come back.. and said "just wait because you don't want to blame yourself if anything were to happen". I finally left and saw Brodkin standing at the front not doing ANYTHING. She looked at me and then looked away. No "Sorry I couldn't see you". No "Congratulations". NOTHING! On top of that they called back a few days later saying that they forgot to send in my urine sample and that I would have to come back... I of course never went back. I told them that I found a new OB, and they could not have cared less. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
