  • I am terrified of dealerships because every time I go in I feel like they try and take advantage of my ignorance of all things vehicle related. However this was quite possibly the best experience I have ever had. They got me in quickly and actually gave me a reduction from the quoted price (which was already substantially cheaper than expected). My service rep was so sweet, and she was willing to do anything to make the experience positive. The individual who was actually doing the repair was all set up and ready to go so I didn't have to wait long at all. I am so grateful, and will absolutely continue having my jeep serviced at this location. I am so so so appreciative of them!
