  • First time going to a movie here. The line was extremely long, but that was due to the Labor Day holiday. I chose to purchase my tickets at the kiosk. At first it wouldn't recognize my debit card. Oober frustrating but after a few clicks around the menu, it went through without a problem. Concession line was really long, but the experience I got once at the counter was great. Excellent customer service. Concessions at a movie theater are absolutely outrageous! The prices man! Wow!!! I got the two drink and a big bucket of popcorn deal and it cost me $18.50! That's not a deal at all! But, that's the standard at a movie theater I believe. I guess you're paying for the experience? Overall the theater was pretty neat and organized (I love saying neat and organized...but I'm a neatness and organization freak!) and the staff was very courteous. Seats are extremely comfortable inside the the theater and the arm rests were perfect. Felt like I was lounging in my recliner at home, watching a good rental movie.
