  • Not all dealerships are created equally... I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Bell Lexus North Scottsdale. My service manager was Debi. She's very professional and great to work with. I first contacted her about 5 months ago about the replacement of my dashboard/door panels when I moved to Scottsdale. Braxton Johnson, the Director of Fixed Operations provided more than stellar customer service. He went above and beyond to take care of my never-ending saga with trying to get Lexus of Nashville to send my door panels. He made numerous calls: Lexus of Nashville, Lexus Corp, his Lexus Regional rep, Nashville's Regional rep and to me. He even paid Lexus of Nashville for the door panels on his personal card for them to release the door panels so they would ship it. Apparently, the hold up was that some person in Nashville's service department advised against shipping the door panels because they could be damaged in transit.
