  • Watch out for reservations. My spouse gets sick so I tried to cancel. Nope, not without a charge because this location has different cancellation policy than other locations, specially because it's a weekend. I get it. I missed that on my reservation but still I have a sick one. Well guess what we are still going. Our past experience has been the most pleasant anyway but thought we'd give it another try. Every time we've been there there are crazy loud parties, pot smoking, etc. we even ran into hookers here. So far not happy and we haven't even got there. We've stayed here because we have a dog and dog rooms at other hotels sell out fast or are way over priced. I hate putting my dog in a pet hotel because she's not with me but this may just be the last straw for us at this place. Sure they tend to be close to sold out every weekend anyway but enough is enough. Btw this is my first Yelp review ever, even though I've used yelp for at least 5-7 years.
