  • I've effectively stayed at this Sheraton for 3 consecutive weeks because my team wanted to stay here. When you stay in one place for a long time you begin to notice a lot of things. I sleep through anything but while working in the room I've noticed you can hear a lot from the rooms. I've been in room 1111, 1125, and 811. No matter where you are you can hear doors slam, the traffic/winds outside, strange pipe noises, people talking, and I repeat strange pipe/ventilation sounds. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider white noise. You get the feeling that the hotel is new and posh but you can tell that the underlying foundation is old. The bathroom feels cramped and doesn't feel like there's an active ventilation. I don't like the ultra wide sinks and the faucet is super tiny but releases water with the ferocity of a garden hose on jet mode. Plenty of room amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion. The hit or miss depending on the cleaning lady: mouthwash, slippers, bathrobe, cotton balls/Qtips/nail filer. If you're an SPG preferred member you get between 2 to 3 bottles of water, also dependent of who cleaned your room last. The shampoo etc have a grapefruit + other smell I'm not a fan of, so I would advise bringing your own if you are sensitive to perfumes/scents. You can call the front desk if you're missing any toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream or any aforementioned toiletry missing from your room. You can also request a mini fridge if you have anything that requires refrigeration! The beds are comfy. Sheets relatively clean. Towels plush and white. Plenty of plugs and lights. Also a luggage stand! The wifi is stable and if you're an SPG preferred member it comes complimentary. They offer a welcome text message/check up to see if you need anything which is helpful and a nice touch. The Platinum lounge on the 14th floor is pretty good. Breakfast in the morning with eggs and bacon typically. With finger sandwiches and charcuterie in the evening accompanied by beer & wine. Service is great! The front desk is slow but they're always friendly and try to make conversation if you're checking in Monday evening with all the other business travelers. Parking is $25/night, no unlimited in and out.
