  • Are you kidding me? Was there even a manager on duty tonight? 10:15 so we had to wait in the Drive-Thru for a full 5 minutes as did the car in the other drive through and neither of us heard anybody on the speaker. Then we decide to park and go inside and there are two people behind the counter flustered and three employees sitting down enjoying their break while the cars are stacked up in the Drive-Thru and people are in line inside the restaurant. The manager on duty seriously needs training! Has that person never heard of rotating breaks when the restaurant is busy? Not only that, this is the second night this week we have driven past the restaurant and the exterior lights were off.
