| - I don't know how this place has "okay" reviews. This is probably the worse hotel I have ever been to in my entire life! You're better off staying at a BNB.
Cons:
Day 1/ Night of stay:
-At 8pm I had requested to get those "rollaway" beds but the front desk at that time said it was not allowed for the type of room( standard double queen sized bed (although they were full sized beds) ) that I had.
Also, I have requested for extra linens- sheets, comforter, and towels- since the bed was not available to us.
At 2AM:
-We came back from the room, no extra linens were available so when I called they're apologized of course and brought up the linens. Then the employees said that the extra bed is available to us, which is strange because we were told it wasn't.
Day 2:
- we woke up and realized this pink lining or tint on the window which made the entire room look like a pink nightclub, even with all of the lights on. Although there was a nice view of the mountains we could not take any pictures because of the pink reflection.
- there were only 1 standard mirror in the bathroom and one tiny mirror in the closet, which was very unpleasant for four women in one room.
- Some, if not all of the rooms are connected.
- Cable- Standard 20 channels.
-After housekeeping serviced my room- they took away the extra linens that were requested the night before. Also, they did not feel the need to put in extra toilet paper. God forbid we stole that from housekeeping.
-
Day 3
- My family and I used air compressed travel bags, which some required a vacuum with a detachable hose to take out the air. I asked front desk if we could borrow it, they said they just have a standard vacuum without the hose. This makes me wonder what they're actually cleaning. On top of that the tables were dusting and walls were still dirty.
- Broken ice machines on some floors
- There is no lock for the bathroom door and no door for the shower.
THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL KNOWN TO MAN. I DON'T KNOW HOW PEOPLE STAY HERE. I'm better off staying at Motel6.
Please don't waste your money with this hotel or spend the extra $10-$20 for a hotel on the strip because it will be worth it at the end.
