| - This is a hidden gem in Las Vegas! Located at the end of the strip on the far side near the convention center, I had no idea this place existed until I was invited by friends. We showed up around the time of happy hour and I quickly saw the place fill up!
(There is valet which is complimentary aka tips only, so that's helpful when it becomes busy)
Our group decided to order a bunch of tapas, small appetizers, and share those as well as some pitchers of libations!
I decided to stay with my go-to: red wine. However, I did have a taste of the sangria and it was delicious!
My favorite tapas were the shrimp ceviche which was fresh and served with crunchy chips. Also, the parmesan fries were crisp and hot. The chicken skewers were tender and came with roasted veggies.
I loved the ambiance as Firefly had in and outdoor seating and rooms for large parties like ours. My only caveat was that the servers weren't quite privy to large parties, it seemed. I should've brought cash so that I could check out quicker, like most in my group. But, I thought that most people these days used cards to pay. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes to get my check, give my card to the server, and then another 15+ to actually sign my check to leave.
