  • Slumlords. That's the word for this management company. Once they bought the house we are renting all service went to shit. The worst company I've ever rented from. We really can't wait until our lease is up. Too bad. Beautiful house but these slumlords have turned it to shit. Update: two months later we finally get someone out to the house to have a look. Apparently the maintenance folk that waypoint hires have a hard time listening because the fucking idiot only made things worse by doing as little as humanly possible. Turns out he'd like us to water dirt so the weeds will grow. Morons.
