New management!! On their first week here they have exceeded my expectations and after 5 years of living at Norterra, I finally feel like the money I'm paying is worth it. I put in a last minute work order request because my fridge wasn't working. I've thrown away a lot of food in the past and It was about the 5th time prior management fixed it and I was still having issues. They managed to fix my fridge last minute despite them having multiple work orders to fill and only having one maintenance person. This tells me that new management is serious and they are doing what it takes to prove to current and future residents that they mean business and take customer service seriously! Give them a chance and disregard previous negative yelp reviews.
