  • We ordered a passion tea lemonade and a bottled water, which he forgot to hand back to us. I thought they were just holding onto it and would give it to us with our tea. But my daughter wasn't feeling well so I politely asked the girl making the drinks if we could get it. She very rudely said "you can get one out of the case over there" and I proceeded to tell her I paid for it but the gentleman forgot to hand it to me. In which she again very rudely said "I get that you paid for it, but you can go get one over there". It appeared that a manager stepped in, young blonde, (didn't get her name) very nice and almost apologetic, saying "oh yes, it's right here". The girl, who I was told name is Tara, continued to give me dirty looks as if I did something wrong!!! When I was just asking for the water for my daughter who didn't feel well. She needs to be put in check or let go because she is in a customer service position which requires one to be warm, friendly and helpful and she was none of these. According to the manager, she was taking a lot of mental notes on that girl Tara that day. I'm glad she noticed. Won't be going back.
