  • I've been at this gym for a little over 7 years and I absolutely love it. The equipment is great, it's always clean and plenty of space to work out. The only issue I have here is with the customer service/front desk. It almost seems like over the years the service got worse. I remember coming here and being greeted now you walk in and the front desk girls don't even look at you. They'll grab your card scan while having a conversation with the fellow coworker. I understand that you have something important going on there but if you're hired as a front desk employee try and put some effort in being pleasant towards the members. It's such a turn off
