  • We bought an ottoman and less than 3 months later the casters broke. The customer service to get it fixed has been terrible!!! We have called 12 times and it has been almost 3 weeks and we still have a broken ottoman!! We will NEVER shop there again!! An update!!! It has been 6 weeks and still our ottoman is broken (maybe-living spaces picked it up and has NEVER returned it). I have spent Way too much time on the phone with this terrible company!!! Buyer beware!!!
